Called Drain Works Plumbing on a Thursday at noon due to my natural gas water heater not heating. Jeff was at my house at 4pm that evening and had diagnosed the problem. Jeff put a rush order on the parts need to make the repair and the next day at 3pm I had hot water! Jeff is very though, has very good communication, takes credit/ debit card for easy payment and he cares about his customers even preformed leak test on other natural gas appliances in my home before leaving. Definitely will be calling on Drain Works Plumbing in the future.

Great and honest people! He answered immediately when I called and was there asap! Rather than doing unnecessary work that would cost me more he let me know that he believed it was a full septic tank. He literally waited until they got there and even helped them dig. This was just 2 days before Christmas! To say he was appreciated would be an understatement! I would highly recommend him!
