Drain Works is our plumber of choice! Jeff answered his phone quickly, agreed to come and was here exactly when he said he would be, explained the problem to me so that I could get it, and fixed it in very reasonable time, at a very reasonable cost. He came to work when no other plumber would, and I had called at least ten. He is now top of our list, and the first call we will make, in future. So appreciative here! Update, almost a year later: just called Drain Works again, with a separate plumbing issue, after business hours. Jeff said he’d be here around seven pm, was here on time, repaired the problem, and explained it to us clearly. He also gave us maintenance info, moving forward. This is definitely our plumber of choice. We are also pleased to note that he is concerned about environmental safety, and recommends using eco-friendly products.
